Jaipur Living Delivery - Terms of Service

Please set aside some time to review these terms. Utilization of the Jaipur Living in-home Delivery services constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.  Jaipur Living, Inc. agrees to provide in-home delivery of certain rugs and home décor products to certain customers local to our offices subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Delivery times are best estimates and not guaranteed.  We will do our best to keep you informed of our actual arrival time.
2. A person of 18 years or older must be present at the time of delivery.
3. Please prepare and clear the delivery pathway and location for any product to be delivered prior to our arrival.  Fragile items in the pathway should be relocated prior to delivery.
4. Customer must notify our delivery team of any hazards, tricky surfaces, dangers or threats prior to commencement of the actual delivery.
5. Pets should be placed out of the way, so they and our delivery team are not at risk.  Jaipur Living is not responsible for any pets who escape from open doors or otherwise.
6. Customer is responsible for any harm to our delivery team caused by pets or known hazardous conditions that are not properly communicated to our team.
7. Jaipur Living’s liability for any damage, harm or injury caused by the negligence of our delivery team shall be limited to $250.  Please notify us of any claims immediately.  Pictures and explanation of the claim will be required.   The foregoing is the full limitation of Jaipur Living for damage, harm or injury caused by the negligence of our delivery team.
