Care Instructions
Blot stains immediately and clean with a mild soap and cold water. Blot dry with clean, absorbent towel. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture. Shedding is normal: vacuum regularly with beater bar off, and shedding will reduce over time.
Shipping and Returns
All items including rugs 8' X 11' or under ship via FedEx or UPS. All rugs larger than 8' X 11' must ship via a trucking carrier (LTL).
We offer a 60-day return policy on rugs from the date you receive your rug for a full refund minus a 15% restocking fee. Rug Pads, Swatches and Decor items including Pillows, Throws, and Bedding are final sale and no returns are offered.
