Care Instructions
Clean or remove stains by using mild soap. Rinse with clean water or a garden hose. Hang and allow rug to dry before laying rug out. Vacuum regularly with beater bar off for indoor use.
Shipping and Returns
All items including rugs 8' X 11' or under ship via FedEx or UPS. All rugs larger than 8' X 11' must ship via a trucking carrier (LTL).
We offer a 60-day return policy on rugs from the date you receive your rug for a full refund minus a 15% restocking fee. Rug Pads, Swatches and Decor items including Pillows, Throws, and Bedding are final sale and no returns are offered.
