Care Instructions
Blot stains immediately and clean using a mild soap mixed with equal parts white vinegar and water. Vacuum regularly with beater bar off. Sizes up to 5'X8'can be washed in traditional 15-20 lb. capacity in-home washing machines. Rugs 6'X9' and larger should be washed in a larger 60+ lb. capacity washing machine found in laundromats. Wash on delicate setting with gentle detergent. Lay flat or hang to dry. Can be washed up to 3 times.
Shipping and Returns
All items including rugs 8' X 11' or under ship via FedEx or UPS. All rugs larger than 8' X 11' must ship via a trucking carrier (LTL).
We offer a 60-day return policy on rugs from the date you receive your rug for a full refund minus a 15% restocking fee. Rug Pads, Swatches and Decor items including Pillows, Throws, and Bedding are final sale and no returns are offered.
