Empowering Women In Rural India
Healthcare
We deliver reliable and affordable healthcare services to marginalized communities with limited access, ensuring they receive the care and information they need to improve their well-being.
Education
Rural communities face significant barriers to formal education, with women being disproportionately affected. We provide holistic development programs for children and alternative education opportunities for artisans in India’s rural communities, with a strong focus on closing the gender gap.
Financial Inclusion
The Indian government has created multiple welfare programs but they are underutilized due to poor awareness and illiteracy in the rural communities. We help artisan communities learn more on how to utilize these service along with access to banking.
Skill Development
We implement skill development programs for a range of underprivileged communities, including inmated and the disabled, to improve their living standards through carpet weaving.
“Sustainability means honoring traditions, protecting people and resources, and designing with future generations in mind.”

Reducing our Impact on the Planet
Upcycled Yarn
Our Manchaha collection consists of all one-of-a-kind rugs created from leftover yarn from our production lines. Master weavers are sent over fifty color shades of wool and bamboo silk to choose from and are given complete freedom in terms of patterns, intricacy, inspiration, and time to completion. This program drastically reduces waste and lessens our impact on the environment. These masterpieces are true poetic narration of life and emotion.
Low-Impact Dyeing and Washing
We use internationally certified, non-toxic dyes— OEKO-TEX® certified—ensuring none of the harmful or banned chemicals are present. Additionally, we treat all the water used in the rug washing process through an advanced Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), restoring it to a potable state before it leaves our facility. Our cleaning processes are also designed to use the minimum amounts of water ensuring both environmental responsibility and product quality.
